Celebrating Dr. Verghese Kurien's Birth Day : A Tribute to the Father of the White Revolution

On November 26, 2024, We Porbandar Jilla Sahkari Dudh Utpadak Sang Limited, in collaboration with AMUL, is organizing a bike rally to honor the birth anniversary of Dr. Verghese Kurien, the visionary behind India’s White Revolution. This event is a tribute to Dr. Kurien’s transformative work, which played a crucial role in making India the largest producer of milk and dairy products in the world.

The rally will begin at 9:00 AM from the Sudama Dairy Head Office in Porbandar and conclude at the Sudama Dairy Packing Plant in Kutiyana, covering a distance of approximately 56 kilometers.

About Dr. Verghese Kurien
