The overarching vision of Shree Porbandar District Co-Operative Milk Producers’ Union is twofold: one, to ensure equitable remuneration for farmers by means of primary milk societies, and to foster sustainability among farmers by addressing their social needs encompassing economic growth, healthcare, education, awareness, rural sanitation, and the welfare of their livestock (cows and buffaloes), women empowerment, and more. This vision ultimately culminates in the achievement of self-reliance through their cooperative milk society, representing an aspirational objective for milk producers and farmers residing in villages.
In order to realize the aforementioned vision with the highest degree of effectiveness, unwavering dedication is an absolute imperative, regardless of the quantity of working hours or the time spent in villages, plants, or markets. This necessitates a commitment to continuous and strategic planning, rigorous discussions, and the implementation of diverse programs. It is equally vital to employ robust evaluation methods for measuring success and, when necessary, to adjust and refine our course of action. These principles are fundamental in transforming our visionary aspirations into tangible reality.
