About Us
Shree Porbandar District Co-Operative Milk Producers’ Union Limited (PDCMPUL) is a Co-Operative Society registered under Section 9 of Gujarat Cooperative Societies Act, 1961.
Shree Porbandar District Co-Operative Milk Producers’ Union Limited (PDCMPUL) is a member union of the Gujarat Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation (GCMMF) Ltd, better known as AMUL (Anand Milk Union Ltd); With 15+ Bulk Milk Cooling Units (BMCU).
MILK PROCUREMENT
At Present Our Main Service Is Procurement Of Quality Milk From The Village Milk Societies And Send It To other milk union’s packing plant as per instructions by GCMMF.
MILK CHILLING AND TRANSPORTATION
Milk Is Collected By The Village Co-Operative Societies.Village Co-Operative Societies Send The Collected Milk Through Small Vehicles To Our Chilling Centers. This Process Is Repeated Twice A Day.At Bmcs We First Do Testing Of The Milk For Basic Adulteration And Viscosity Test.Cooling To Extend The Shelf Life Of Fresh Milk By A Day Or Two.Filling Of The Milk Into Tankers To Facilitate Transpiration Of The Milk To Main Unit Or Directly To The Mother Dairy At Pre Maintained Temperature.

Animal Health Care Is One Of The Programs That Ate Engaged With Our Union To Enhance Milk Production And Take Care Of Our Customers. To Better Support Village Farmers It Is The Best Way To Care Their Cattle. That Way Milk Production Would Have A Better Gain To Help Farmers To Increase Their Income.
We Have A Team Of Best Veterinarian To Better Serve The Farmers. The Service Is Provided On Site With Better Communication Medium That We Have Established Here In Our Organization. All The Visit Calls Are Logged By Phone And Then Our Site Visiting Team Is Communicated In Real-Time By Our Android Mobile App. This Way We Can Reach Further To Our Customers. All The Required Veterinary Medicines Are Provided By Us To Give Headache Free Service To The Farmers For There Cattle.

They Do Guide Them Properly For How To Gain Maximum Good Quality Milk Production From Their Cows And Buffaloes.We Also Provide Chaff Cutter Machines To The End Customers To Properly Utilize The Cattle Food And Minimize The Wastage.As Feed Constitute 70 % Of The Cost Of The Milk, Reducing The Cost Of The Feed While Ensuring Its Nutritive Value Contributes Significantly In Improving Income Of The Milk Producers.
